Whole House Reno Project.

This petite rambler in the hills off Massachusetts Avenue had been sorely neglected since original building in 1951. The owners had a tight budget and were not sure what they wanted the finished project to look like. Moreover, they did not want to live through construction and were extremely concerned about the effects of construction on their beloved West Highland Terrier dogs. After intense preconstruction design and planning, Rasevic Construction created a Schedule for Construction around the owner’s vacations. Shortly thereafter, Rasevic Construction gutted most of the home and replaced all of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, renovated the bathrooms and kitchen, built a stunning basement with theater room, installed a custom limestone and wrought iron entrance walk, staircase, and porch, installed their signature mouldings, lighting, and hardware throughout, built-in gas BBQ and stone patio with garden enhancements, and changed all of the windows.

The Bathroom included sparkling Botticino floor to ceiling Marble with custom stone trims, Built-in Robern cabinetry, and a glass block, light filled jacuzzi shower area. The kitchen was a small space with unusual angled walls. Rasevic Construction responded with a sunny, custom, built-to-fit creative cabinetry solution including corner sink, commercial appliances, and gorgeous stone countertops, floor, and backsplashes. The owners are pleased with their finished on time and on budget “gembox.”
