Position Overview
The Business Manager Assistant is the central hub of office operations, supporting workflow, logistics, communication, and business development across landscaping and snow operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations: Manage mail/shipping, document workflows, proposals, and purchasing records
- Facility + Logistics: Support office and warehouse upkeep, inventory and manage office supplies
- Fleet Support: Assist Fleet Manager with work orders and track repairs
- Business Development: Work with the Marketing Manager and the Vice-President of sales including cold calling, updating CRM records, and support client outreach.
- Winter Operations: Support Operations and Event processing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Aspire, Convex, RSS and/or HubSpot experience a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English and Spanish required
Schedule + Logistics
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Enivornment: In-office role based at Headquarters
- Winter Operations: Required during snow operations.

$48,000 - $60,000 based on experience

Position Overview
The Landscape Crew Member performs essential hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, working alongside crew leaders to deliver high-quality service to commercial client properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Maintenance: Perform mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general site upkeep
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools
- Teamwork: Collaborate with crew members to complete daily routes efficiently
- Safety: Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Winter Operations / Flexibility: Assist with snow and ice operations during winter events
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with landscape equipment preferred
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours during snow events
Schedule + Logistics
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (or as directed)
- Location: Silver Spring, MD
- Winter Operations / Flexibility: Overtime and winter schedule flexibility required
