Check out our five newly built condominiums, at 3577 Warder Street, NW in Washington, DC, just two blocks from the Metro and minutes from Rock Creek Park, Washington Hospital Center, and Howard University. The condos are located in the Park View neighborhood near Petworth.

Each unit’s typical floor plan consists of approximately 950 square feet and has an entrance into a hardwood floored hallway. Off of the hallway are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has private bathroom and the second bedroom shares the hall bath. There is also a washer/dryer stackable unit located in a closet off the main hallway. The hallway then leads into the open living and dining area, which is open to the kitchen with a center island. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen add to the modern design of the building.
