Addition & Building Conversion.

This project started with longtime clients that Rasevic Construction had built a custom library and bathroom for calling about the rest of their mint condition brick center hall colonial. Rasevic Construction immediately commenced detailed design and planning with a trusted Architect colleague for adding a breakfast room addition with a complete gourmet kitchen renovation, converting an existing garage to a playroom, and converting a screen porch to a reading room.

Traditional millwork details include Rasevic Construction craftsmen milling and custom building window seats, built-in bookcases, and multi-layered interior and exterior mouldings. When all is said and done, the new spaces flow beautifully through the newly connected existing spaces as a result of careful planning and the use of traditional materials and craftsmanship.
