Commercial Snow & Ice Management
Open 24/7 – Before, During + After Every Storm
At RASEVIC Snow Services, we deliver structured winter operations across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia for properties where uptime, safety, and execution cannot fail.
From commercial office campuses and retail centers to industrial logistics hubs, healthcare facilities, and federal properties, our objective remains consistent:
Keep your site open, safe, and operational through every storm. At RASEVIC…We keep you open.

The Rasevic Response
The RASEVIC Response is a structured winter operations framework built around three continuous phases:
The RASEVIC Response is executed through a structured operational sequence:
Forecast → Operate → Secure
Continuous Winter & Operational Planning
RASEVIC Snow Services operates as a year-round winter operations system-not a seasonal contractor responding only when storms arrive.
While active snow and ice response takes place during winter events, our operational planning cycle runs continuously throughout the year. Each property is reviewed, refined, and strategically updated well in advance of winter conditions to ensure response plans are fully engineered before activation is required.
Throughout the offseason, we actively evaluate site performance from previous storm events, adjust risk profiles, refine deployment strategies, and update operational protocols based on real-world execution data. By late spring-beginning as early as May-early-stage planning for the upcoming winter season is already underway.
This continuous planning model ensures that when winter weather arrives, every site is supported by a fully developed, pre-engineered response strategy-not a reactive plan built in real time.
This continuous planning model ensures that when winter weather arrives, every site is supported by a fully developed, pre-engineered response strategy-not a reactive plan built in real time. Adding to this foundation, operational readiness is further reinforced through a dedicated supply network, Snow & Ice Salt & Chemicals Unlimited LLC, one of the region’s most reliably stocked snow and ice management supply companies, ensuring consistent access to brine, salt, and de-icing materials throughout the entire winter season, including peak storm demand periods.

Before The Storm
Preparation & Pre-Deployment
Before winter weather arrives, we focus on eliminating uncertainty and establishing full operational readiness at each site.
This phase begins with detailed planning and property-specific risk analysis, followed by predictive weather monitoring that informs activation timing and resource allocation. As conditions develop, crews, equipment, and materials are strategically positioned ahead of impact to ensure immediate response capability when the storm arrives.
The result is a property that is not reacting to weather events-it is already prepared for them.
During the Storm
Active Removal & Real-Time Control
When winter weather impacts your property, execution becomes the priority.
This is the active operational phase of the RASEVIC Response, where field crews and command systems work in real time to maintain access and control accumulation as conditions change.
Snow removal is continuous across critical operational zones including parking areas, access roads, loading docks, and pedestrian corridors, with service frequency dynamically adjusted based on snowfall intensity, site demand, and real-time conditions.
All operations are supported by continuous storm intelligence from our 24/7 staffed operations center and field personnel actively reporting conditions across the region.
All decisions are driven by verified field conditions and live operational intelligence-not static forecasts or delayed reporting.
The result is controlled, responsive execution throughout the duration of the storm.

After the Storm
Site Restoration & Risk Elimination
When snowfall ends, operations shift from response to stabilization.
This phase focuses on restoring full site functionality while eliminating hazards caused by residual snow and fluctuating temperatures. Final clearing restores access routes, circulation paths, and operational areas to full usability.
At the same time, ice control measures are deployed to manage refreeze conditions and eliminate black ice risks as temperatures shift.
Throughout this phase, we remain in direct communication with property managers to confirm site conditions and address any remaining service requirements.
Completion is not assumed-it is verified on site through direct coordination with property management.
